Giada Varricchio was born in Siena in 1994. She ended her studies at the Duccio di Boninsegna art institute with a diploma as a pictorial decorator. After a few years Giada moves on to more concrete painting , distancing herself from the classical figurative style in order to explore a semi-abstract perspective, in which she prefers the representation of the landscape, abstract landscapes and above all floral subjects. Her art is warm and sensual, delicate and pungent at the same time. The soft Tuscan hills are a source of inspiration for the artist who, in constant mutation, tries to derive its beauty by enhancing its flowers and nature. She likes to transform herself, to experiment. Her paintings are rough and smooth, dense and thin, wrinkled and velvety. As in reality, Giada needs to express the emotions she feels and that each of us experiences daily. Strong, vigorous, energetic emotions but also calm, calm and clear ones. "There are times when I have to stop, turn my brain off for a few moments and lie in the open air because everything around me sometimes seems too heavy. I look up and see the light blue, the blue, the yellow, and all the colors that nature can offer me while I can, as well, melt in it. I feel free."
